Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products, click “Add to Cart,” and proceed to checkout when you’re ready.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Yes, as long as the order hasn't been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@okproduct.in.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.


🚚 Shipping

Q: What are your shipping options?
A: We offer Standard (5–7 days) and Express (2–3 days) delivery across India.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Not at the moment. We currently ship only within India.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Standard shipping is ₹50. Express delivery is ₹150. Orders above ₹1,000 qualify for free standard shipping.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Q: Is it safe to shop on your website?
A: Absolutely! Our store uses secure SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways for your protection.
